Easy Peasy Meringues Recipe

We did some baking together recently for the first time in ages. This not-very-healthy, but yummy and super fun for little people recipe is great for engagement in the kitchen!

I’ve tried to make these with Rapadura/Sucanat, but it’s flopped every time – an expensive trial! Anyone with advice on how to get it to work, please let me know in the comments here!
