As if I don’t have enough going on in my life at the moment, I am also having computer problems! For some reason my computer won’t read most of my memory cards suddenly, meaning I’m having a real struggle getting any photos off them. We are saying a lot of goodbyes at the moment as our days here are drawing to a close. It doesn’t feel real yet – but will soon.
Day 264 – Longleat Safari Park
Ameli and I spent the day at Longleat again, but this time we went to the Safari Park. We had a great time looking at the animals and Ameli just loved the deer enclosure. We had a really good time! I have to admit that I was really impressed with the park as a whole, it was so much better than I anticipated and I highly recommend it.
Day 265 – Loving the Granparents
Ameli is my inlaw’s fifth grandchild, but she is as loved as the first through fourth and it’s so lovely to see her with them together, and to see how relaxed she is with them. They are a blessing to her and to us and they will be greatly missed while we are away.
Day 266 – A Visit to Old Friends
We’ve known Nat and Ed since our second year in England. We don’t see each other often – in fact twice this year is almost a new record, but whenever we get together it’s like we saw each other just a few days ago. We had a lovely time with them and had to document their first time in the park with a child 🙂 They didn’t run screaming for the hills, which is a pretty good start!
